Summary of the article: somebody is watching you
The article talks about how social media or the internet is making us vulnerable to people spying or stalking us, he talks about the lack of privacy due to the government always finding information about us. This article talks about the perverted aspect of having such acceptability to a persons life, a school in Philadelphia were found to have incident photos of their pupils taken through a school issued computer webcam. Furthermore big social networking sites sell our privet details to other companies in order to advertise products to our taste, however advertising is the only way of social networking companies making money. In addition this article talked about government surveillances on the internet in order to protect people form "terrorism" however this creates some argument due to some people feeling they are unable to express a point because they are being watched and are scared to be classed as a terrorist.
To some extent i believe it is right that the government can access information about individuals, this make it easier to convict criminals and keep the crime rate down because people are less likely to plan if they know there're going to get caught. However I completely disagree with corporations having access to private information, and instead of using that to sell their product they should take a more respectable traditional approach (rather than using peoples private information). Overall only the government should be allowed to have access information on individuals, however there should be a law against anyone else being able to access as it is unethical.
